Day 1: Transfer to Congo
Transfer to Congo: After your morning breakfast in Kampala Hotel, your driver guide will pick you up and drives you to Entebbe International Airport for your flight or drivers you to border crossing to Congo. You will have lunch at Goma Airport or Kinshasa city be picked up by our professional safari driver to drive you to the park and you will be able to enjoy fresh wind, countryside, scenic landscape to meet beautiful Virunga national park in evening. Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking
Gorilla Trekking; Wake up have breakfast with your pack lunch boxes, your driver guide will drive you to the park head quarter for briefing before starting Gorilla trekking goes on. After briefing, meet your ranger guide to start hike in search of mountain gorillas, as you’re trekking ,you will have chances of spotting various bird species such as Olive sun bird ,yellow white eye ,Doherty’s bush shrike ,northern puff back ,tropical boubou ,narrow-tailed starling ,black bishop ,grey-headed negrofinch ,malachite sunbird ,mountain illadopsis ,cinnamon bracken warbler ,stonechat ,Archer’s ground robin ,white –brown robin chat ,rufous thrush ,African citril ,bronze manikin ,narrow-tailed starling ,view other primates like golden monkeys among others. Once you meet gorillas, you will be allowed 1 hour to spend you’re your closest cousins that share 98% DNA to humans, learn about interesting life styles and also enjoy memorable photo shot. Then after you will hike back to the park headquarters and back to the lodge for Dinner and Overnight stay.
Day 3: Departure
Departure: Wake up on lazy morning, have breakfast. After you can choose to take a thrilling short boat ride on Lake Kivu or opt to add more days and engage in Mountain climbing on Mount Nyiragongo enjoy one of the world’s most beautiful and active volcanoes on the plant. After check out of the park and transfer back to Kampala /Entebbe Airport to be dropped at the hotel or your flight departure depending on time.
