Like at the Rwenzori trails you hike the lower slopes for 2 or 3 days and not go up to the summit.

Not very popular but one those challenging trails to take, though its summit stands at only 3,083m hikers have reported that is one of the hardest to climb and conqueror, so usually people will take 1- or 2-day hikes up to where they can stop.
