Day 1: Transfer from Arusha to Lake Manyara national park

Arusha to Lake Manyara national park: On day 1 of 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, you will start your safari with a hotel pick up from Arusha by our Tanzania company representative early in the morning around 9:00 am and be ready to be driven to Lake Manyara national park with an enroute lunch. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed on a wildlife viewing safari amidst fig and acacia tree species and plains that harbor several wildlife species including Lions, elephants, Buffaloes, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Zebras, Hippos, plenty of bird species and many more with a great opportunity of spotting tree climbing lions which are so far spotted in 2 destination including Lake Manyara national park in Tanzania as well as Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park in Uganda the pearl of Africa. After game viewing, head to your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 2: Game drive and transfer to Serengeti national park

Transfer to Serengeti national park: After an early breakfast on day 2 of 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, check out of the lodge and head out for an enroute game drive as you exit Lake Manyara national park for Serengeti national park. Lunch will be enjoyed enroute along the way. Upon park arrival later in the evening, check in for dinner and have an overnight sleep.

Day 3: Full day excursion in Serengeti national park

Full day excursion in Serengeti national park: On day 3 of your 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, enjoy your breakfast then pack a lunch box and meet your safari driver for a full day game viewing in the plains of Serengeti national park where you will spot as many mammals as possible including Wildebeests, Cheetahs, zebras, gazelles, Lions, Elephants, giraffes, and many more. During a Lucky day, you will be lucky to bump into the annual wildebeest migration that occurs between Serengeti national park and Masai Mara national reserve though not guaranteed due to rain patterns.

Day 4: Game drive and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Game drive and transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area: On day 4 of your Tanzania safari, take your breakfast and head out for the last game drive in Serengeti national park to maximize on your sightings within the park. After the game drive, check out of the lodge with packed lunch box and embark on a journey to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where humans reside with wildlife harmoniously without any interference. You may have a stopover at Olduvia gorge before proceeding to check in your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Day 5: Game drive in Ngorongoro and drive to Arusha for overnight

Half day game drive in Ngorongoro and drive to Arusha: Early in the morning on day 5 of 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, descend deep into the crater for a half day game viewing in the largest caldera in world with an opportunity of spotting several wildlife alongside Masai pastoralists that are seen grazing their cattle with in the crater. After this half day excursion, return to your lodge for lunch then check out of the lodge and be driven back to Arusha for hotel drop off or airport drop off for a night flight.

Day 6: Fly to Zanzibar and transfer to Stone town for overnight

Zanzibar arrival and hotel transfer in Stone town: On day 6 of 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, arise for morning breakfast then be ready for a flight Zanzibar where you will spend the remaining days of your safari. Zanzibar is one of the best destination to visit for your holiday safari especially after exploring the savanna parks in Tanzania. While in Zanzibar, you will enjoy lots of activities in Stone town and the western coast including a boat cruise to Prison Island, Stone town tour, a visit to Jozani forest, a visit to spice island, Dolphin tour, among others that will give you an everlasting memory while on your Tanzania safari to Zanzibar.

Well, upon landing in Zanzibar, you will be welcomed to the most stunning destination in Tanzania by our company representative who will take you through a briefing about your Zanzibar safari as you drive to stone town where you will spend your overnight ready to study your excursion fully the next day. Stone town tour and spice island tour: After breakfast on day 7 of 12 days Tanzania wildlife safari and Zanzibar tour, head out for a half day city tour in Stone tour where you will explore several attractions including cultural sites, architectural sites, Historical sites, religious sites, Zanzibar museum, Market places and many more that thrill with in Stone town. After fully exploring all the beauty in stone town, return to your lodge for lunch, and by 2:00pm embark on an afternoon spice island tour where you will be welcomed by different beautiful plant species with different scents used as spices, Medicines, fruits, and many more. After exploring Spice Island, retire to your hotel later in the evening for a relaxed dinner and have an overnight sleep as above.
