The easiest way to access Serengeti National Park Activities is to first the park entrance fees at the gate which is at USD 82.6 for foreign nonresident and 23.6 USD for children between the age of 5 to 15 year.

Travelers who are to stay inside the park’s lodges, are required to pay concession fees. You have to pay the entrance fees in order to access park activities. The nonforeign residents pays USD82.6 per person per day.

 Game drives in Serengeti National Park can be done in three sessions Morning, Afternoon and Evening. You can also do full day game drives while visiting Serengeti National Park.

While visiting Serengeti National Park on game drive you’re not permitted to drive off the track or off the road drive.

Morning game drive in Serengeti national park involves in driving around the park tracking trails in search of the different wildlife species such as the big five mammals and if you visit in peak seasons, you can enjoy the sunset and the beautiful views around the national park. Other animals to see includes; giraffe, Grant’s gazelle, impala, Kongoni, topi, wildebeest and eland among others.

The park is comprised of acacia woodland and vast savannah plain and also rock outcrops which are referred to as Kopjes known for great sight-seeing predators like lions can be seen at the top of these rocks.

Animals to be spotted during game drive around Serengeti National Park are the big fives which include; lions, leopards, rhinos, Kudu, hippos, giraffe, cheetah, hartebeests, impala, waterbucks among others.

While on game drives don’t expect that you will always be lucky to spot all the big five some time you fall but that doesn’t mean you won’t see other wild animals found in the park.
