Gorilla trekking; This is an amazing activity that starts early in the morning with a briefing and after hike to the forest to look for them. Trekking to allocate them may take about 30 to 7 hours’ drive but only depends on the movements of gorillas and the gorilla family you’re assigned for. Once you allocate them an hour is given to you watch them as they play, feed, speed all their day long as well as enjoying picture taking and video capturing.
Birding; Bwindi is one of the great birding site in Uganda of which you can spot these birds right from the lodge without hiking to the forest. Bird to see include; Common bulbul, Fly catchers, African green pigeon, Cinnamon-chested bee eater, White tailed blue, African Emerald cuckoo, African harrier hawk among others.
