With, the singles sometimes feel left out in these activities and not really included in the safari festivities. Well, we want to assure that is not the case and, in this article, we share several activities singles can enjoy on a mountain gorilla trip especially during the festive season and this new year.

Mountain gorilla trekking is done all year in Rwanda, Uganda and the democratic republic of Congo in parks Volcanoes National Park, Bwindi National Park and Mgahinga National Park and Virunga National Park.

The mountain gorilla trekking experience takes between 6 to 8 hours depending on where you are trekking and on all those hours you will spend only one hour with the gorillas.  As the main activity in your trip, you will have to give this activity the most of your time. On the community visits you will visit local villages and interact with community members. learn about traditional Ugandan or Rwandan culture. Attend a local dance performance or music event. Take a cooking class to learn about local cuisine.  Visit a local market to shop for handicrafts.
