Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
- Arrival: on day 1 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will be picked up Entebbe international airport and transferred to the hotel either in Entebbe or in Kampala where you will spend your overnight.
Day 2: Transfer to Jinja for source of the Nile visit via mabira forest
- Transfer to Jinja: on day 2 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will breakfast at the lodge , then check out of the lodge to embark on the journey to Jinja with a stopover at mabira forest for Zip lining, birding and forest walk. You will have an enroute lunch and proceed the drive to Jinja direct to explore the source of the Nile River which was discovered by explorer Speke. After the exploration of source of the Nile, transfer to the lodge for check in, Dinner and have an overnight stay.

Day 3: White water rafting and Jinja city tour
- White water rafting: on day 3 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will wake up early, have breakfast then transfer to the falls for white water rafting where you will be in a position to enjoy different grades of the waterfalls. Once you are done with the rafting, you may enjoy other activities such as quad biking, nature walks, etc. and then return to the lodge for lunch.
- Jinja city a tour: Jinja being one of the most beautiful cities, is worth a visit during the evening hours to explore some craft shops, the rail station, and many more. After the city tour, you will return to the lodge for dinner and have an overnight sleep.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale forest national park
- Transfer to kibale forest national park: on day 4 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safaris, you will have breakfast at the lodge in Jinja then check out of the lodge and be driven to kibale forest national park a place known for harboring 13 species of primates including Chimpanzees, monkeys and many more.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi wetland Nature walk
- Chimpanzee trekking: On the 5th days of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safaris, you will wake up in the morning, as usual, have breakfast served, and then be driven to the park headquarters for chimpanzee trekking briefing. After the briefing, head to the jungle to trek habituated chimpanzees within Kibale forest. After trekking chimpanzees, you will return to the lodge for relaxation.
- Bigodi wetland nature walks: this evening nature walk also enables travelers to encounter other species of primates, mammals, birds and plant species that are found within Bigodi wetland.
- Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park: on day 6 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will have breakfast at the lodge in kibale then checkout of the lodge to and embark on a drive to Queen Elizabeth national park.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive and afternoon Launch cruise
- Morning game drive: on the 7th day of 14 days Uganda primates and Wildlife safari, you will be driven to kasenyi plains after breakfast for an early morning game drive. Possible mammals to spot include Uganda kob, lions, and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch.
- Afternoon launch cruise: after lunch, you will be driven to kazinga channel for a launch cruise which starts at 2:00pm which an opportunity of sighting Hippos, Crocodiles and lots of mammals along the shores.

Day 8: game drive in Ishasha sector and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
- Game drive in Ishasha sector: on day 8 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safaris, wake up on breakfast and then be driven to Ishasha sector which is well known for harboring tree climbing lions. You will spend some good time driving amidst king of the jungle sleeping lazily in the branches of acacia and fig trees. During the game drive, you will have a break to eat lunch and then exit the park to proceed the journey to Lake Bunyonyi in kabale where you will arrive late in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Full day lake Bunyonyi excursion
- Full day on Lake Bunyonyi: on day 9 of 14 days Uganda primate and wildlife safari, you will wake up on a relaxed breakfast at the shores of lake Bunyonyi while watching the little birds since lake Bunyonyi is known as the lake of several little birds. Take part in canoeing, swimming, and nature walks.

Day 10: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park
- Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park: on the 10th day of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, wake up on a relaxed breakfast again at Lake Bunyonyi, then check out of the lodge and meet your driver to be transferred to Bwindi impenetrable national park a home to the largest population of endangered mountain gorillas.

Day 11: Gorilla trekking
- Gorilla trekking: On day 11 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will have breakfast in the morning and be driven to the park head offices where briefing is conducted before setting off for gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park.

Day 12: Batwa experience and Transfer to Mgahinga gorilla national park
- Batwa experience: on day 12 of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, wake up on a relaxed breakfast then meet your driver to have a batwa experience encountering the local batwa best known as the forest dwellers and they narrate about their life while they stayed in the forest in harmony with the mountain gorillas surviving by hunting and gathering. Return to the lodge for lunch.
- Transfer to Mgahinga gorilla national park: being a primate and wildlife safari, it is more beautiful if one visits Mgahinga national park a home to endangered mountain gorillas and golden monkeys alongside batwa. So after lunch, you will check out of the lodge and be driven to Mgahinga national park for check-in, dinner, and overnight.

Day 13: Golden monkey trekking and Transfer to Kigali
- Golden monkey trekking: on the second last day of 14 days Uganda primates and wildlife safari, you will have breakfast before setting off to spend some time with the golden monkeys, one of the most cheerful and beautiful primate species in Africa. Trekking golden monkeys last within 1- 4 hours depending on the fitness of trekking and the movement of golden monkeys.
- Transfer to Kigali: after trekking golden monkeys, you will return to your lodge, enjoy lunch and then check out of the lodge to exit Uganda for Kigali Rwanda where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.
