The 3 Days Fly Maasai Mara Safari is an ideal safari itinerary for visitors intending to visit Maasai Mara while wanting to avoid the 5 to 6 hour road trip from Nairobi. Regarding this trip, it offers a flight package safari with a one-hour flight from Wilson Airport in Nairobi taking you to Maasai Mara.
The flight is on a light aircraft ranging in seating from 15 to 40 passengers depending on the airline booked and passenger loads. Arriving at the airstrip in Maasai Mara, you will meet up with a driver guide and the vehicle will be waiting to receive you for the start of the safari. Passenger baggage is limited to 15 kilos per passenger.

Day 1: Start of your safari from Nairobi
On your first day of the 3 Days Fly Maasai Mara Safari, you will be collected by our expert driver guide from your hotel or the international Airport ‘’JKIA’’ and transferred to the domestic, Wilson Airport. There is a 1-hour reporting time.
Your flight baggage is strictly limited to 15 kilometers; board your flight to Maasai Mara – flying time estimate 1 hour. Upon arrival, you will be received and transferred from the airstrip to your overnight lodge/camp by the lodges. Your lodge is based on a luxury property offering a beautiful view of the Mara Reserve. You will continue for lunch ‘’in case of a morning flight arrival’’ and enjoy some leisure time at the lodge.
Proceed for a safari game drive late afternoon ‘typically 3 pm’ during which you adventure the surrounding parts of the Maasai and see its remarkable wildlife. Return to the lodge by evening ‘’typically 6 to 6:30 pm’’ in time for dinner.

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara
On day 2 of the 3 Days Fly Maasai Mara Safari, you will wake up early estimating 6:15 am safari game drive during which you will be able to see more of Mara’s great wildlife. Early morning and late afternoon are considered the perfect time to spot animals at their most active.
Return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast, and rest of the morning at leisure. You will sleep in well well-maintained lodge that also offers a variety of add-on activities like nature walks to a Maasai village visit. ’’Optional activities like Maasai Village visit and Nature walks at additional cost. After the delicious lunch, take a midafternoon safari game drive to further adventure the reserve. Drive back to the lodge in the evening ‘’typically 6pm’’in time for a relaxed evening which may be enlivened by entertainment offered by the lodge, followed by dinner.

Day 3: Departure to Nairobi
After enjoying your sumptuous breakfast followed by check out. You will bid farewell to Maasai Mara. Then, transfer to the nearby airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi ‘’flying time approx. 1 hour’’ with a shortened morning game drive en route. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be welcomed by our driver guide waiting for you at the Wilson Airport for onward transfer to your hotel or to be dropped off at the international airport. End of the tour.
