4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari – This 4 days gorilla tour combines two of the most popular Ugandan national parks; Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda. The 4 day tour lasts for 4 days and combines gorilla tracking in Uganda with activities like Game Drives, Boat Cruise, Chimpanzee tracking and more activities. You will also be able to see the tree climbing lions of Ishasha Wilderness while touring Queen Elizabeth national park in Uganda.

The schedule of this Uganda safaris tours is as follows. We shall set off for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park on Day 1, have the best gorilla trekking in Bwindi on Day 2, Head to Queen Elizabeth National Park on Day 3, carry out a few activities in Queen Elizabeth National Park on Day 4 then return to Kampala. Day 1 – Kampala to Bwindi

After having breakfast at our place of stay in Kampala on this first day of this 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari, you will meet a tour guide from our Uganda travel company and embark on a journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where mountain gorillas live. This journey will take us approximately 9 hours. We shall leave Kampala by 6:30 AM, stop at the Equator for coffee and a photo-shoot. The equator is the line that separates the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere of the world, so feel free to take lifetime photographs with both legs on separate hemispheres.

From here we shall proceed to Igongo Cultural Centre in Mbarara for out lunch filled with local cuisines then proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where we shall reach by 4:00 PM in the evening. Due to the journey fatigue, we won’t carry out any activity on this day of your 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari. We shall just rest and relax around the places of accommodation as we prepare to see some of the African mountain gorillas Uganda was blessed with the next day.

Day 2 – Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi

On the second day of your 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari, we take a deep walk into the forests to see the mountain gorilla through or Gorilla Tracking activity. Bwindi has the most percentage of mountain gorillas Uganda has and is undoubtedly one of the best places to carry out gorilla tours in Uganda. This activity may go up to 8 hours or less depending on how long you intend to carry it out meaning it requires you when you are absolutely fresh and not fatigued. The Pre-briefing for Gorilla Tracking will begin at exactly 7:30 AM.

You will be briefed about the precautions to take and also given vital information. This is also a platform for you to ask anything you need to know about the Gorilla Tracking activity you are about to carry out. At 8:30 AM accompanied by a number of armed game rangers, we shall set off and make our way into Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to see some Uganda mountain gorillas and return to the starting point not later that 7:00 PM.

Day 3 – To Queen Elizabeth National Park

After having our breakfast at our accommodation place in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park on this third day of your 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari, we shall have a morning game drive through the southern part of Queen Elizabeth national park (Ishasha) as we search for tree climbing lions and view a wide range of mammals like Kobs, Bush Bucks, antelopes and more.

We shall have our lunch from Mweya Safari lodge as we wait for an afternoon boat that will take us for a 2 hour cruise along the famous Kazinga channel as we connect to lake Edward and Lake George while viewing Hippopotamuses, Buffalos, Crocodiles, elephants and many species of birds in the region. After this activity, you will return to your lodge to relax marking the end of day 3 of your 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari.

Day 4 – Queen Elizabeth National Park – Kampala

4 Days Gorilla

Day 4 of this 4 Days Uganda gorillas & wildlife safari is our day for departure. We have an activity in the morning. We shall carry out a Game Drive along Kasenyi trail while we quest for predators like lions. We shall also have clear view of Kobs, Warthogs, giraffes, plus other mammals before embarking on our return journey to Kampala where we shall reach in the evening and connect you straight to the airport for departure. In case you would like to spend an overnight in Kampala you have to pay an extra fee for accommodation.
