Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi City and Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve—Evening Game Drive
Depending on your location in Nairobi or on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, our Kenya expert safari driver will welcome you and brief you about the safari. Then, you will be transferred to Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will drive unwinding with beautiful landscapes.
On arriving at the park, you will embark on a captivating game drive, where you will explore herds of elephants traversing the untouched plains, among other animals. Connect to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day Adventure in Masai Mara National Reserve
On this day, expect to indulge in many activities. After breakfast, head out for a morning game drive where you will encounter the Big five, from the regal lions prowling the savannah to the elusive leopards concealed amidst the acacia trees.
You can bear witness to one of nature’s greatest spectacles, the Great migration, as vast herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse the plains in a mesmerizing display of instinct and survival.
Other optional activities to engage in are hot air ballooning and visiting a Maasai village.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Depart Back to Nairobi and Fly to Entebbe Airport
After morning breakfast, check out of the lodge and embark on an en-route morning game drive. Thereafter, you will drive out of the park and return to Nairobi to catch a flight to Entebbe International Airport.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Have an early morning breakfast served at the hotel. Drive to Entebbe Airport to catch up with a domestic flight ‘’Aero link Uganda’’ to fly you to Kihihi Airstrip in Bwindi NP, where you will find our safari driver guide waiting to transfer you to your booked lodge in the park. Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Batwa Cultural Village Visit
Wake up early, enjoy breakfast at your lodge and then be driven to the park headquarters for a short briefing about gorilla trekking dos and don’ts. After briefing, you will be led by the park ranger through different trails in search of mountain gorillas. The trekking experience lasts from 30 minutes to 7 hours, depending on their movement.
On finding them, you will be allowed an hour to spend with them, learn about their behaviors and habits, play, groom themselves, and enjoy taking unique photos. After a great experience with my closest cousin, I trekked back to the start point to receive the gorilla certificate for participating in gorilla trekking.
You will meet up with your driver guide to drive you back to your lodge for relaxation. Later, you will go visit the Batwa Cultural village, where you will enjoy life by celebrating their unique song, dance and storytelling, among others. Back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at the above lodge.

Day 6: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
On this day, expect to enjoy astonishing activities such as golden monkey tracking and visits to the Dian fossey gorilla fund and Iby’Ichwu Cultural village among others.
You will start your day with a yummy breakfast before heading for golden monkey tracking with a briefing. You will enter the forest trails in search of golden monkeys, “the most active primates.” After golden monkey tracking, go visit the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, where the legacy of the prominent primatologist continues to inspire efforts to protect the great mountain gorillas.
You will end the day with a flourish of cultural richness, venturing into the heart of the Iby’Ichwu Cultural village, where traditions come to life in a vibrant celebration of Rwandan heritage. Expecting to enjoy a glimpse into the soul of Rwanda’s breathtaking cultural tapestry and scenic landscape.

Day 7: Transfer to Kigali for a city tour
After breakfast at leisure, depart back to Kigali for a city tour. On arriving in Kigali, you will visit the Kigali Genocide Memorials Museum and the Kigali market. Then after, your driver guide will drop you off at the lodge or at Kigali International Airport for your onward flight back home.
